Before you order
Is there a minimum order?
No. Every product on the site can be ordered one piece at a time, and a group order works exactly the same way. Nothing here needs approval before you buy.
How does volume pricing work?
Larger runs are quoted per order, because the price depends on the product, the print and the quantity. Send us the details and we will come back with a number — no phone call required.
Can each person receive their own order?
Yes. Instead of one big box landing at one address, we can post each order straight to each member's door. Send us the names and addresses with your enquiry and we will sort it out.
How long does it take?
Production is as fast as 48 hours and 3.5 days on average, before shipping. We ship to 199+ countries and regions.
Can you design the artwork for me?
We don't design it for you — the online designer is yours to build in, and you can try it before you spend anything. Get stuck on the file or the wording? Send us a note and we will point you in the right direction.
